I recently upgraded to Win. 7 Hm Prem. from Vista Hm Prem. All went very well until I realized that none of my trouble shooting wizard functions work.  When I attempt to use the wizard I get msg. "An unexpected error has occured.  The trouble shooting wizard can't continue."  When I look at advance, it gives me error code 0x80131700.I have tried, cmd (run as admin.) sfc/scannow, chkdsk/r, msconfig to disable all startup and svc., clean boot, and safe mode. I have Norton Internet Security. I also disabled antivirus & Firewall.  I get the same results. Thanks Eplas
