BlackBerry Error: uncaught exception: index 4>= 4
1. Switch off BB & remove the battery
2. Put it back after 15 seconds.
3. Switch on..

If the error is still there then ,

Backup your BB and reinstall

1) Go to Settings, then Options.
2) Go to Security Options, then General Settings
3) Click the Menu button and select "Wipe Handheld"
4) Enter "Blackberry" in the text box when asked.
