It’s important to save your game progress in order to avoid losing any hard-earned rewards and achievements. The process for saving your EA mobile game progress is a little different for each device.

- Open the EA game you want to save.
- Tap More > Help Support > Account Security> Progress Lost.
- You will now be asked to log in to your Google Play account, if you are not already logged in. Log in with your Google account and password.
- Your progress is now being restored!

- From the iOS home screen, tap Settings.
- Next, tap Game Center.
- Tap Sign In and enter your Apple ID and password.
- Once you’re signed in, tap done.
- Now that you’re signed in to Game Center, check game settings to make sure you’re connected
- Launch your game, and then tap the Menu button.
- Tap More> Game Settings> Linked Accounts.
- Make sure Google+ is selected.
