How to schedule Teams meeting within Outlook ?
You can schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook calendar itself. Open “Outlook” go to “Calendar”, then click the “New Teams Meeting” button located in the Home menu bar.
Now a new window will open, there you can
- Enter/select the Invitees in the “To: ” field
- Enter Subject of the meeting
- Select meeting start time and end time.
- Describe the meeting details in the body and click the send button to send email meeting invitation.
