How to schedule Teams meeting within Outlook ?

You can schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook calendar itself. Open “Outlook” go to “Calendar”, then click the “New Teams Meeting” button located in the Home menu bar.

How to scheduling meeting from Outlook ?

Now a new window will open, there you can

  1. Enter/select the Invitees in the “To: ” field
  2. Enter Subject of the meeting
  3. Select meeting start time and end time.
  4. Describe the meeting details in the body and click the send button to send email meeting invitation.
