Issue: Windows 10 Settings app crashes and closes automatically after few seconds.

Workaround/Solution:

  1. Restore Windows 10 to a restore point created before the issue started.
  2. Download Windows 10 media creation tool and run upgrade
  3. Important: Select/Tick “Keep personal files and apps”

This process will take sometime to complete, there could be several restarts during the upgrade process.
