Solution:
Microsoft has released an update “KB4535996” to fix this issue related to ActiveX loading issue in Windows 10. You can use Windows update to install this update or Download and install Windows update manually from “Microsoft update catalog” – http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4535996%20
Before installing this update, make sure that ActiveX is enabled. How to enable ActiveX ?
