Color mode/Theme mode settings are located under the “Personalization” settings Window.
How to choose Dark/light mode ?
Right-click your Desktop and select the “Personalize” menu.
In Personalization Window, scroll down and select “Colors“
Here you can see the “Choose your mode” selection, from the right dropdown menu you can select the theme mode as you like, light, Dark, or Custom.
How to change the Taskbar color or the Title bar color of all App Windows?
In Personalize->Colors Window, you can choose the Accent Colors you want, then enable these two options.
- Show accent color on Start and task bar
- Show accent color on title bars and windows borders
