Run the setup and complete the installation.
Open Cannon IJ Printer Assistant Software and start troubleshooting. It scan for connected cannon printer and tries to identify the issue. It is a guided process, you may have to select appropriate action as per the prompts shown by the software.
How To Clear Windows 10 Print Queue Manually ?
Login is as administrator user, then open Command prompt (press Windows start menu , type in “cmd.exe”).
Stop Printer Spooler Service
Copy this command given below, then paste it in command prompt window and press enter.
net stop spooler 
Delete Files in Printer Queue
Open Windows explorer (press Windows button on keyboard and E) and navigate to “C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS\”
Select all files and folders in “Printers” directory and press Delete button.
Start Printer Spooler Service
Now restart printer spooler service

net start spooler
