Jumping around means when the cursor appears randomly on different areas of screen without you moving it. It can jump too far or could remain in place one minute and appear somewhere else entirely the next.
There is specific settings in mouse configuration screen that cause pointer jumping in some situation. Here are the following steps by which you can solve this problem.
STEP 1 : Search “Settings” from the Start button and open it.
STEP 2 : Now click Devices tile.
STEP 3 : Select “Mouse” from left side of the window.
STEP 4 : Select “Additional Mouse Options” from right side of window.
STEP 5 : Now Select Pointer Options tab.
STEP 6 : Unchecked the box next to Enhance Pointer Precision.
