Microsoft Teams is a powerful platform that helps you to have online business meetings, document sharing, Team chats etc.. One of the issue that users frequntely face is the face problem in hearing anything during a meeting.
There are few steps you can use to tackle this problem
STEP 1 : Click three dots (…) located near the profile icon.
STEP 2 :This will open Settings Window
STEP 3 : Click on Devices menu located on the left pane
STEP 4 : Check whether the correct Speaker is selected, otherwise clik the drop down menu and choose the correct Speaker
How to perform a test call to check Microsoft Teams’s call quality ?
In the Settigns window, there is a button named “Make a test call”. Click this button to start the test call.
Teams will initiate a test call, after a beep sound it will start recording your sound for few seconds. After that, Teams will playback the recorded voice. by this way you can test call quality.
