I have a Dell 64 Bit laptop. It works very well but anytime I click on ”Check for updates”, I get this notification: “We couldn’t connect to the update service“. I tried again and I got the same results. Please what can I do to solve this problem?

Solution

You can check the internet connection and make sure it’s stable in order for you to get the results you want. If it’s still not working, wait for a day or two and then check again. After some time, it will automatically give you access to see if there are new updates.
