Microsoft Outlook provides a user with easy email management, enhanced connectivity, access to calendar features, managing contacts, and performing tasks quickly. When you email someone or when you receive an email on your computer, you might notice that some of the images or animations or the alignment don’t look the same as when it was sent. This happens for a few reasons, but usually, this is due to your display settings. You can solve this issue by going into the message and changing your display settings so that the email looks more presentable to its recipient.
