1. Change Zoom level :

  • Search for the zoom level in the lower right corner and Select zoom percentage
  • A new window will appear with having a variety of zoom options
  • Click on the Many Pages option and select an option; 1×1 and 1×2 show one page or two pages at a time respectively
  • Now, As a result, you will see that the word zoom level is going to change
  • If you want to add another page because your Document is two or more pages long then Press Ctrl + Enter , it will appear along the side of the existing page.

2. Side to Side Page Movement :

  • Use the Side to Side command, to flip through pages
  • Select the horizontal scroll bar or your mouse wheel to move through the pages.
  • Go to the Thumbnail and Select it gives you a quick peek of all the pages so you can jump to the one you want. Just choose Thumbnails as the Zoom setting.

3. Change View Layout :

  • Go to the View option and then you will see three buttons include  “Read Layout,” “Print Layout” and “Web Layout,”
  • Select the Web Layout option, you will see the change as the document is no longer into many pages
  •  Now if you want to change back then select the Print layout option, this will display the document one page at a time
  • This is a very simple and effective way to display one page at a time in Microsoft Word

4. Shrink Text in Word on the Web :

  • Search for the document in Word and select all of the text
  • Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + A on Windows or Command + A on Mac
  • Now, Go to the Home tab and select the Decrease Text Size button
  • In this way, you can align your text to one page
